    WELCOME TO THE FIRSTBEAT BODYGUARD 2! Firstbeat Bodyguard 2 is a reliable R-R interval and movement data recording device for short and long-term measurements. Bodyguard 2 is designed for round-the-clock recordings and can be used during exercise, leisure time and sleep. Be sure to follow these instructions to ensure reliable, high-quality measurements.

When using the device for the first time with Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment, please install a Firstbeat plugin. The plugin is not required with Firstbeat Sports.
