Make an internal call
The easiest way to make a call is to input the telephone number directly by pressing the number
keys and pressing
to call the desired number. If making a long-distance internal call, ensure
that you have input the telephone number with the appropriate area code. You will see
Dialling...
the name or number, on the screen this time. When successfully connected, the
screen will show the call time, and the number and the name of the person you are calling.
After entering the number, press
key to save it to contacts, or press the
key to call the
number.
Pressing
or
to hang up a call. The screen will display the time you spent on the call.
Making a call to a telephone extension
A telephone extension usually cannot be called directly; you must first connect to the host
telephone number. Add P between the host telephone number and the extension telephone
number, so that your phone will dial the host telephone number first, and will not dial the
extension telephone number until you have pressed
and
again; after hearing the prompt
from the host telephone. Press and hold
to input P . ( P will display on the screen).
Making an international call
To make an international call, you should input + first. (Press and hold
until + appears
on-screen). Input the country code, area code and the number to be dialled.
