Part 3.6: HDMI Input interface

HDMI output interface, select Silion Image's SIL9013/9011 HDMI decoder
chip, support up to 1080P@60Hz input and support data output in different
formats.
The IIC configuration interface of the SIL9013/9011 is connected to the IO
of the FPGA. The SIL9013 is initialized and controlled through FPGA
programming. The hardware connection of the HDMI input interface is shown in
Figure 3-6-1.
