Search Up :
AM or FM while RDS & TP switched OFF:
keep pressed for coarse tuning till desired frequency range is reached,
press briefly for stepwise tuning upwards,
keep pressed for about 1 sec to start-automatic search upwards.
FM while RDS switched OFF:
keep pressed for about 1 sec to start automatic search upwards.
FM while RDS switched ON:
push briefly to scroll FM Station Memory,
keep pressed for about 1 sec to start automatic search upwards.
CD changer:
push briefly to select next track.

Preset Keys
Push briefly to select prestored station.
Keep pressed for 2 sec to store current siation into the preset concemed.
Keep pressed for 5 sec to switch REG On /Off for the preset concerned. The status will be displayed
briefly. Default : REG OFF. If REG ON is selected, this will be displayed me after calling this preset.
Push to select disk in CD changer mode.
UML
Press to pass through the wavebands (U — M>L—U-...).
Press to return from Autostore band to non Autostore band.
Keep pressed for about 1 sec in RDS mode fo display the station frequency.
Press briefly in cassetie or CD mode to display the actual tuner station for 5 sec.

Getting set into operation after interruption of power supply
After switching the set On the display shows "SAFE". Switch On the ignition and keep the AS key @ pressed
while switching the set On once again with the ON/OFF switch @.until you hear the confirmation beep. The
display shows "10 ----", where 10 is the number of remaining attempts. Enter the cored CODE with the aid of
preset keys 1 to 4 and confirm by keeping the AS key pressed for 3 sec.
_ Ifa wrong CODE has been entered, the display shows "9 SAFE" for a certain period, depending on the »
remaining attempts, and then "9 ----*.
