Faults and Servicing Chapter 5 Faults and Servicing 5.1 Problems of LCD Display (i) WHITE SCREEN (1) First, check whether there is any problem with the internal wiring, such as wrong plugging, missing plugging, defective wire or loose wire. If the wire is defective, it should be replaced. (2) Check whether there is a problem with the mainboard, such as the quality problem or program failure of the mainboard.
Faults and Servicing blurred-screen phenomena: The font displayed on the screen will flash. There is irregular line interference on the screen. The displaying of screen is abnormal. The display color of the screen is distorted. 5.2 Pneumatic Therapy Part (i) Inflation failure (1) After pressing the Start/Pause button, the screen displays the therapy interface but does not display the pressure value.
Faults and Servicing (4) Check whether the pressure monitoring board has any problem. (iii) No value display (1) If the measured value exceeds 300mmHg, it is possible that the value is not displayed. (2) It is caused by fault of the pressure monitoring board. (iv) Inflation problem (1) Check whether the air guide extension tube is inserted.
Faults and Servicing It is possible that the power board has some problem. Check whether the connection between the button board and the mainboard and between the mainboard and the power board is normal. It is possible that the button board has some problem. (2) After disconnecting the AC power cord so that the device is powered by the battery, the battery indicator does not turn on Check whether the battery is connected normally or whether the battery is damaged.
(1) If any sign of functional failure of the device is found or there is any error message, it is not allowed to use the device to treat a patient. Please contact a service engineer from Comen or a biomedical engineer of your hospital.
