Panel description Massage position indicator Mode indicator light Massage position Mode Timer indicator light Intensity Timer Power Operation: 1) Connect the appliance to the adapter, then plug it in. 2) Press the Power button to turn the appliance on/off. When turned on, the appliance will automatically cycle through the different modes every one minute. -

Press this button to select a massage position. Keep pressing to choose between 1, 2 and 3 (neck, back and waist) respectively. Press the button again to exit this state - the appliance will resume to the automatic cycling through modes. Press this button to select one of the massage modes - it will automatically switch to the next mode after one minute. -
