Jabra GN9120 Flex Alcatel With EHS
How to connect my Jabra GN9120 EHS / GN9125 EHS with
Avaya 1408, 1416, 2410, 5410, 6416D+M, 6424D+M, 9404, 9408,
9504, 9508
Prerequisite:
Jabra GN9120 + EHS 14201-20
Jabra GN9129 EHS + EHS 14201-20
In combination with one of the following Avaya phones:
1408/ 1416
2410/ 5410
6416D+M/ 6424D+M
9404/ 9408
9504/ 9508
Connection:
1. Insert the RJ9 to RJ9 connection cable supplied with the Jabra
GN912x into the socket marked with a "phone" on your Jabra
GN9120 base and the other end into the socket marked with a
"phone" symbol on the EHS adapter.
2. Now connect the end of the RJ45 to RJ45 connection cable marked
in "red" to the socket marked with "AUX" on the EHS adapter as well
as with the "AUX" socket of your Jabra GN912x base.
3. Now connect the RJ9 to RJ9 connection cable marked white and "C"
to the socket marked with "headset/handset" on the EHS adapter as
well as the "headset" socket of your phone
Important: with the 6416D+M / 6424D+M phones, the cable marked
with white and "B" must be used instead.

- Page 4 The settings are then saved. Phone setup: On the phone, hit Menu>Options>Settings>Advanced options>Automatic Gain Control. Then turn off the handset and headset "auto gain control".
