Page 3 2. Swipe and charge Use the Smappee Smart Charge card to unlock the EV charging station for extra security (whitelisting) or to enable split billing. Insert the connector, swipe the card in front of the LED and start charging.
Page 4 Get the Smappee App and set up your Smappee Dasboard The Smappee App makes it simple to start and stop your charging sessions while the Smappee Dashboard allows you to activate your EV charging station features. Easily activate functionality such as whitelisting, split-billing and public charging. Want more information? Log into the Smappee Dashboard.
Page 5 SEPA incasso. For public charging, you first need to activate your Smart Charge card and sign a public charging agreement with Smappee Services. This can be done as follows: Go to the App: Tap the car icon on your Smappee App home screen. Click the button ‘Activate or request card’ and follow the steps.
Page 6 How does it work? Users insert the connector, scan the QR code to open the Smappee App and start the payment process. Once the credit card details are filled out, the charging starts. Charging stops via the Smappee App, the car app or by disconnecting the EV.
