If you use a pre-wash or soak programme
an half measure of washing powder
should be placed in compartment «a»
For only lightly soiled loads, the amount of
washing powder or detergent should be
reduced accordingly.

Liquid detergents
Liquid detergents may be very useful
above all for the low and medium
temperature washing of delicate items or
those which are not very dirty.
The dispenser drawer also allows the use
of liquid detergents.
In this case, you must select programmes
without prewash.
The liquid detergent should be poured
into the compartment «b» immediately
before starting the programme.
Using Fabric Conditioners
When you want to use a conditioner, put
the measured amount (follow
manufacturers' instructions) into
compartment «c» in the washing powder
dispenser at the same time as you put in
the washing powder. Be careful not to
fill the compartment above the level of
the filter. The conditioner will be
automatically used by the machine at the
appropriate time. Remember to close the
drawer (Figure 6) gently.
