- Page 2 Installing CD-3603K-ST to TK-21xx Series Kiosk Turn the key of the belly system unit to the right. Then pull the front door of the belly system unit to slide open like a drawer. (1) Push upwards the pusher on the left side of the printer in the belly system unit and then (2) open the monitor.
- Page 3 Fix the scanner in the belly system from inside with four original hex nuts. Please refer to the picture. Put the speakers on the two sides of the bracket, then fix the speakers with four screws. Please refer to the picture.
- Page 4 Connect the “USB to RJ45 cable” wot the main board. (1) Pull the sliding bar between the monitor and the belly system unit, and then (2) gently push the monitor to the belly system unit until the monitor is completely closed. 10.
- Page 5 Hold two sides of the monitor to pull out the monitor from the bottom side. Make sure the crank stopper drop down and then gently release the monitor until it is stuck by the crank stopper. Crank Stopper for Monitor Pull out Put the scanner with mounting bracket inside the kiosk, and then fix it with four hex nuts.
- Page 6 Connect the “USB to RJ45 cable” to the scanner. Route the cable like the picture on the right side. Route the cable and then connect the cable to the main board refer to the below picture.

Troubleshooting This section contains information about how to solve problems that you may encounter when operating the scanner. If a trouble occurs, please refer to the following diagnostic tips as a mean to solve the trouble. However, before referring to the tips, make sure that the scanner is installed well. If the problem remains, contact your dealer. -

Firmware Version Scan the below barcode label to retrieve the current firmware version. Query Firmware Version Default Settings Scanning the following barcode can restore the engine to the factory defaults. Restore All Factory Defaults Programming Barcodes Scanning the Enter Setup barcode can enable the engine to enter the setup mode. - Page 10 Illumination LEDs on the engine are turned on during image capture. Always On Illumination LEDs on the engine keep on after the engine is powered Illumination LEDs on the engine are off all the time. Before setting, please scan the Enter Setup barcode on P.9. After setting, please scan the Exit Setup barcode on P.9.
