Contents of heater core bypass kit:
• 5/8" (.625") x 3.5" heater hose (1)
• 5/8" x 5/8" heater hose connectors (2), one installed and one loose in box
• 5/8" x 3/4" heater hose connectors (2), one installed and one loose in box
• 5/8" hose clamps (2)
Instructions
NOTE: Vehicle must be cooled down before installation. The system is under pressure and releasing it too
soon will result in boiling fluid spraying under high pressure.
STEP 1: Remove both the inlet and outlet hose from the heater core.
STEP 2: Using the appropriate barb fittings from the bypass hose kit, loop the heater core inlet
and outlet hoses.
STEP 3: Top off the coolant and purge or bleed your cooling system of air. NOTE: Check the system for leaks
after installation.
