installation of non approved spare parts.
Observe all local plumbing and building codes. Installation shall be in accordance with AS/NZS 3500 and AS/NZS 6400.
WARNING
This product is designed for a water supply pressure range of 20 psi (137kPa) minimum to 72.5psi (500 kPa) maximum.
Any installations where the supply pressure is outside of these limits will not be covered by warranty.

1. Preparation
- Read the installation guide carefully.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing and building codes.
- Do not use corrosive cleaners or non-Kohler spare parts.

2. Installing the In-Wall Tank with Frame
- Ensure a minimum cavity (stud pocket) of 555mm wide and 90mm deep.
- Remove the front cover and support block from the tank.
- Remove the plug.
- Loosen the nut securing the adjustable bracket, extend it to the required height, and tighten the nut.
- Fit the toilet fixing bolts in the required position.

3. Installing the Flush Plate
- Ensure the trimmed flush plate shield sits flush with the finished wall.
- Fix the locking plate to the flush plate shield using plastic locking bolts.
- Turn the locking bolts clockwise to the "OPEN" position on the supporting board.
- Turn the bolts counterclockwise until the tab on the bolt head is vertical to the "LOCK" mark. Hand tighten only.
- Trim the locking bolts if needed.

4. Connecting the Air Hoses
- Connect the red air hose to the full flush and the blue air hose to the reduced flush.
- Push the faceplate into the locking plate until it locks into place.
- Cut excess air hose if necessary and fix it onto the tank fastener.

5. Final Steps
- Ensure all components are securely installed.
- The cistern should now be ready for use.
