1. REGISTRATION Please ensure you register your safe by visiting our website. Locate the “contact” button on the top header on the home page. Select registration from the drop down menu. www.saproducts.com By registering your Sports Afield Safe we will be able to expedite and address any problems or challenges you may have which would otherwise require a notary letter and proof of payment. -

5. OPENING YOUR SAFE 1. Locate the override keys inside the plastic bag hanging on the front of your safe. 2. Remove the key cover from the handle backer plate to reveal the keyhole slot. Insert and turn the key clockwise from 12 to 3 o’clock to unlock. -

6. PROPER PLACEMENT AND MOVING OF SAFE WARNING: SAFES ARE VERY HEAVY AND AWKWARD TO HANDLE. PLEASE USE THE UTMOST CARE IN MOVING THE SAFE. UTILIZING A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL WITH PROPER MOVING EQUIPMENT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The location of the gun safe is very important and the utmost care should be taken during this consideration. -

8. SHIPPING AND SKID REMOVAL WARNING: WHILE REMOVING THE BOLTS FROM THE SKIDS, BE SURE TO HAVE A PERSON HOLD AND STABILIZE THE SAFE TO KEEP IT FROM TIPPING, CAUSING INJURY, AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE SAFE AND SURROUNDING STRUCTURES. WARNING: BEFORE REMOVING THE SHIPPING SKIDS, MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS CLOSED AND LOCKED. -

9. SECURING YOUR SAFE WARNING: YOUR SAFE IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT ITSELF WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENED. HOWEVER, CAUTION SHOULD BE USED TO AVOID TIPPING. WHILE SECURING YOUR SAFE BE SURE TO HAVE A SECOND PERSON HOLD AND STABILIZE THE SAFE TO KEEP IT FROM TIPPING, CAUSING INJURY, AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE SAFE AND SURROUNDING STRUCTURES. -

10. GUN REST INSTALLATION Locate the gun racks that will be part of your safe assembly kit. Find the pre-drilled drywall anchors that are located on the back and side walls of your safe. Select the ideal location(s) for your gun rack(s) that best fit your custom storage needs. -

11. PROGRAMMING YOUR FINGERPRINT 1. On the inside of the safe, near the battery compartment, locate Brass Reset Button the brass copper cap. Unscrew and remove the cap. Press and release the reset button. The biometric scanner light will turn on (turns purple), and you are now ready to program your fingerprints. -

12. OPENING SAFE WITH RECORDED FINGER PRINT GREEN LIGHT 1. Now that your print has been fully recorded, place it on the scanner. 2 green light flashes and 2 sounds will confirm the fingerprint has been accepted. Next, turn the handle counter- clockwise. -

14. LOCKOUT MODE 3 consecutive rejected scans put the safe in Basic Lockout Mode: Biometric scanner and entry to safe is deactivated for 1 minute. 5 sounds accompanied by 5 flashing red lights show that basic lockout mode has been activated. Attempted use of the biometric scanner will result in on red light flash, showing the safe is still in lockout mode. -

17. LOW BATTERY WARNING When opening your safe, the light at the top of the handle will turn yellow. This means your safe has entered low battery BATTERIES ARE LOW IF THE LIGHT status. Replace batteries immediately to TURNS YELLOW. avoid being locked out of your safe. -

LIFETIME WARRANTY SA Consumer Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, any Sports Afield Gun Safe damaged by fire, forced entry, forced attack or natural flood for the lifetime of the original owner. SA Consumer Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, any Sports Afield Gun Safe with defective parts, paint or lock for the lifetime or the original owner.
