Prior to using this equipment, the user must thoroughly

(PFAS).

specified in these User Instructions is not sanctioned
by Ultra-Safe. Any usage of this equipment beyond
the parameters outlined in this Manual may result in
serious injury or death. The equipment detailed in this
manual is strictly intended for use by trained personnel
in workplace settings.
Ultra-Safe Self Retracting Lifelines (SRLs) are integral
components of a complete PFAS. Each user must
undergo
training
operation, and appropriate utilization of their entire
PFAS. Engaging in unauthorized or improper use of
Ultra-Safe SRLs can lead to severe injury or death.
Refer to these instructions for guidance on selecting,
installing, maintaining, and servicing this equipment.
