The USER (0) level is designed with your customer in mind. It allows them to see the mode of operation and screen saver but restricts any function that would affect the ice machine. The ADMIN (1) level is for the ice machine owner.

Adjust Ice Thickness Watch at least three cycles and confirm that the bridge thickness is correct, (approximately 1/8" (3.18 mm) as shown in fig. 1). The bridge thickness is set at the factory. To adjust, please see instructions below.
The unit default setting is 0 to maintain energy star operation. If you are unsure of your water quality, check your water with a water quality test kit (not provided by True). Increasing the “levels of water hardness or scale” setting increases the amount of water flushed during harvest.
