To remove the WLAN module, use this procedure and illustration.

remove the module to restore device functionality, and then contact technical support.
Before removing the WLAN module, follow these steps:

Remove the WLAN module:
1.
Carefully disconnect the cables from the terminals (1) on the module. The number of antenna
cables can vary.
2.
Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screw (2), and then remove the WLAN module (3).
Inspect any thermal pads and if a thermal pad is torn, missing part of the pad, or dirty, replace the
thermal pad.
To prevent an unresponsive system, replace the wireless module only with a wireless
