Montage
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich geprüfte Patchkabel gemäß
ISO / IEC 61935-2 mit Steckern gemäß ISO / IEC 60603-7-81
um Fehlfunktionen zu vermeiden!
Kabelvorbereitung
1 Entfernen Sie den Kabelmantel auf einer Länge von
mindestens 60 mm (siehe Abbildung 1).
2 Kürzen Sie den Geflechtschirm (A) auf ca. 10 mm
und ziehen diesen nach hinten umlaufend über den
Kabelmantel.
3 Kürzen Sie die Schirmfolien auf jeweils 6 mm.
4 Kürzen Sie die einzelnen Adernpaare (B) unterschiedlich
lang zum vereinfachten Einfädeln in den Adernverteiler.
Kabelmontage
5 Führen Sie die Adernpaare (F) mit absteigender Länge
von hinten in den Adernverteiler (D) ein und positionieren
Sie die Adern passend zur gewünschten Farbbelegung
(siehe Abbildung 3).
6 Fixieren Sie das Kabel durch Anziehen des Kabelbinders,
kürzen Sie den Überstand des Kabelbinders
(siehe Abbildung 3).
7 Ziehen Sie die jeweiligen Adernpaare in die farbig markier-
ten Adernfixierungen (G) mit der Hand fest hinein, so dass
der Adernmantel bis ‚zum Anschlag' im Adernverteiler
sitzt.
8 Kürzen Sie jetzt mit einem Schneidewerkzeug die über-
stehenden Aderenden so, dass alle Adern bündig mit
dem Block des Adernverteilers abschließen (siehe Ab-
bildung 4).
9 Führen Sie den Adernverteiler (verdrehsicher) von hinten in
den Modulkopf (E) ein.
10 Drücken Sie den Adernverteiler und den Modulkopf
– wie in Abbildung 6 gezeigt – mit einer Parallelhubzange
(H) mit einer Spannweite von 40 mm (SW40) zusammen.
11 Bei Bedarf stecken Sie einen Potentialausgleich (I)
– wie in Abbildung 7 dargestellt – auf die Kontaktzunge (J,
Flachsteckverbinder 6,3 mm).
Demontage
12 Gehen Sie zur Entnahme des Kabels aus dem Modulkopf
generell in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.
13 Entrasten Sie den rückseitigen Deckel wie gezeigt mittels
eines geeigneten Schraubendrehers (K) und ziehen Sie
ihn inklusive Adernverteiler aus dem Gehäuse heraus.

Installation
In order to prevent malfunctioning, only use patch cables that
have been tested according to ISO/IEC 61935-2 with connectors
that are conform with ISO/IEC 60603-7-81.

Preparing the cable
1 Remove the cable sheathing along a total length of
minimum 60 mm (see figure 1).
2 Shorten the braided shield (A) to approx. 10 mm and pull
it backwards over the cable sheathing.
3 Shorten the shielding foils to 6 mm each.
4 Shorten the individual wire pairs (B) of different lengths for
easier threading into the wire distributor.
Cable installation
5 Insert the wire pairs (F) with descending length from
behind into the wire distributor (D) and position the
wires according to the desired colour assignment (see
figure 3).
6 Fix the cable by tightening the cable tie, shorten the
projection of the cable tie (see figure 3).
7 Pull the respective wire pairs firmly into the colour-coded
wire fixings (G) by hand so that the wire sheath sits in the
wire distributor 'to the stop'.
8 Now use a cutting tool to shorten the protruding wire
ends so that all wires are flush with the block of the
wire distributor (see Figure 4).
9 Insert the wire distributor (twist-proof) from behind into the
module head (E).
10 Press the wire distributor and the module head – as
shown in figure 6 – together with a parallel lifting clamp
with a span of 40 mm (H).
11 If necessary, connect a potential equalization (I) – as
shown in figure 7 – to the contact tongue (J, flat con-
nector 6.3 mm).
Dismantling
12 To remove the cable from the module head generally pro-
ceed in reverse order.
13 Unlock the rear cover as shown using a suitable screw-
driver (K) and pull it out of the housing including the wire
distributor.
