Fully depress the clutch pedal and proceed as
follows:
- Shift the Forward/Reverse Shift Lever to desired
direction. See Figure 27.

- Shift the Main Shift Lever to desired gear speed.

- Shift the Hi-Lo Range Shift Lever to desired

Pull the position control lever rearward to raise the
attachment.
Momentarily depress the brake pedals to disen-
gage the parking brake. Refer to Figure 29.
Throttle up the engine to a moderate speed using
either the hand throttle or foot throttle. See Figure

Slowly release the clutch pedal to start the tractor
moving.

Reduce the engine speed by pulling the hand
throttle rearward and remove your foot from the
foot throttle.
Evenly depress both brake pedals to stop the
tractor.
Depress the clutch pedal and place the main shift
lever and Hi-Lo shift lever in neutral.
Push the position control lever forward to lower
equipment to the ground.
Interlock the brake pedals; then fully depress and
hold the brake pedals.
Pull the brake lock lever upward and hold while
releasing the brake pedals to engage the parking
brake.
