FreeFlow Makeready provides the following optional
components:
• Set Labeling/Data Merge — This optional component
enables you to:
– Insert label image objects into RDO documents using
FreeFlow Makeready and then print the RDO document
containing the label object(s).
– Add data merge text objects from an external database to
any page of an RDO.
• Color Scanning — This optional component enables color
scanning on a currently installed Xerox Production Scanner.
• Copyright Management — This optional component
provides the ability to interface with the Copyright Clearance
Center (CCC) from within the FreeFlow Makeready
application, which in turn enables the assembly of course
pack documents based on copyright costs and availability,
tracks purchased rights vs. printed copies for each copyright
in a course pack, and delivers quotes of a given work via
ISBN or ISSN.
NOTE: The Copyright Management Service option can
support up to three FreeFlow Makeready clients.
