More Image Quality

Use these features to enhance the quality of the output based on the type of original
being scanned.
Options:
The Contrast option controls the differences between the image densities within the

copy. Select a lower setting to improve the quality of pictures. Select a higher setting
to produce sharper text and lines.
The Sharpness feature controls the balance between sharp text and moiré

HARPNESS
(undesirable patterns within the image). Use sharpness to enhance the quality after
evaluating the output. High sharpness settings provide sharper text and lines but
increase the likelihood of moiré.
