    Before using the equipment please make sure that you have read and understood the Instruction Manual and observe all warnings when operating. High pressure caution! Airless painting equipment generates extremely high pressure. Paint sprayed under high pressure can cause personal injury so please observe the following precautions. ...
  • Page 3 The airless gun is earthed via paint hose (which can conduct electricity)  Do not connect the earth wire to a gas pil_ as it can lead to fire or explosion.
  • Page 4 Part names, functions & basic operation Warning!  The airless gun sprays at extremely high pressure and is dangerous. Never touch tip of gun (spray orifice) or place it near the face.  Very high pressure is applied to paint hose. Do not twist, bend, flatten or cut with any sharp object.

    Operational procedures Preparation Make sure that paint hose, return hose,airless gun and nozzle tip are all properly connected. Do not connect Oil gauge suction hose yet. Use oil gauge to check whether there is any oil. Carry out earth and check fuel.

    Confirming operation Turn the relief valve right around to "open" Turn the pressure control valve around to “low” Check that suction filter is not blocked. After engine starts ( see Engine Start up) turn the pressure control valve slowly to “high” Place the palm of your hand against air intake and check for suction.

    “low” Turn relief valve to “close” Slowly turn pressure control valve to “high” while pulling the trigger of airless gun and paint will come out of the nozzle. Then release gun trigger and re-set pump to desired spraying pressure.
  • Page 8 Switch off engine. Close fuel cock. Shut-down and maintenance procedures Check that pressure is at zero then activate safety lock on airless gun and remove nozzle tip. Check that relief valve is at "open" and pressure control valve is at "low" then remove suction hose from paint and start engine.

    Maintenance and inspection Changing oil Confirm that drain plug is in place then pur in apporx. Remove oil cap and drain plug 900cc of oil and check using oil gauge. Overfilling will to drain oil result in leaking via relief valve during operation. Caution! Please take waste oil to your nearest petrol station.
