  • Page 4 This is a sewage handling pump and must be vented in accordance with local plumbing codes. Do not install the unit in locations classified as hazardous in accordance with the National Electric Code, ANSI/NFPA 70. All piping and electrical systems must be in compliance with applicable local and state codes.
  • Page 5 5. VENT INSTALLATION: The unit must be properly vented to ensure correct operation of the pump. Standard WH101 stations are supplied with an integrated vent located in the tank cover. The tank cover should be located above finished grade to permit proper station ventilation. Other tank venting options are available.
