Reset Requirements

System reset may be deasserted only after the assertion of the PWR_GOOD signal.
Figure 2.3 shows the reset requirements relative to the PWR_EN and PWR_GOOD
signals. This sequence must be followed on initial power on, system reset, and
resume from suspend/hibernate.
Note!
In order to reduce boot time, a system that monitors the PWR_GOOD
signal is allowed to violate the TPVPERL specification as long as the
TPERST-PG timing is still met.
