Introduction
This document contains important information for the installation and safe use of the Arizona
1300 printer.
Read this information carefully, and in case of questions please contact your Canon
representative.
At the end of this document the checklist should be filled out and signed for by the customer.
This is to safeguard that all relevant (safety) information has been understood and necessary
requirements for the installation have been met. Also the actions agreed upon with the customer
should be filled in.
The Site preparation Survey is important to safeguard that we have informed the customer of all
relevant safety and environmental aspects. Therefore the Site Preparation Survey is obliged
before every installation!
You should store a copy of this signed checklist at the local NSO back office.
