The Numatic CRO 8055 machine may be on but not moving because it is in the freewheel mode. When the brake is released, the machine enters freewheel mode and has no braking power. If the machine is in this mode, it will not move under its own power. To resolve this, ensure the brake is engaged properly before operating the machine.
