FEATURES CONTINUED FAN FAULT/OVERTEMP ALARM OUTPUTS (For Optional Remote Monitoring): These normally open dry contact closures will provide notification to an external (remote) monitoring system if there is a fan fault or overtemp condition. TEMPERATURE PROBE: 9 foot temperature probe. Mount at the highest available location in the enclosure. - Page 10 THERMAL MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES - Mount the fan panel in the highest location of the rack. - Use magnetic vent blockers to cover any vents at the top of the side panels. Install the vent blockers on the inside of the side panel as shown. - Do not place vent panels within six rackspaces from below the fan panel.
