To remove the buffer pad from the Wen Detailer 10PMR:
1. Unplug the polisher from the power source.
2. Remove the bonnet from the pad if attached.
3. Insert a 1/4" rod (such as a Phillips screwdriver) into the hole in the bottom of the foam pad.
4. Rotate the pad sharply counterclockwise using the rod until it contacts the counterweight.
5. This will loosen the pad from the threaded spindle, allowing it to be unscrewed and removed.
