Press and hold the button in the middle of the printer for three to five seconds, and the light will turn green. If the indicator light of the printer does not show anything, please use the Type C cable to charge the printer, and the indicator light will turn red during charging.
Please check whether your mobile phone has Bluetooth turned on. If you are an Android user, you also need to check whether your phone has location enabled.

Please restart the Munbyn Print App and the printer. If the printer still cannot be connected after restarting, please reinstall the Munbyn Print App.

Please check whether the label paper is installed as shown in the figure below. If the light is blue, label stock is installed and the printer is connected. If the light shows red, it means that the label paper is not installed in place. Please reinstall it.
If the label paper has been installed according to the above picture, but the printer only makes the sound of motor rotation but does not feed the paper, please open the printer to check whether there is any foreign matter stuck inside the printer.
This should be because the size set by the App does not match the actual size of the label paper. For example, the actual size of the label paper attached to the printer is 15mm * 30 mm, and the setting size of the App editing interface should be W-15mm, L-30mm.
Labels can only be printed on one side, and the tear-off side must be placed face up.
Please avoid using pictures for printing, if you need to print pictures, you need to use high-resolution pictures.
If the printer is used for a long time, the print head may have carbon deposits, resulting in unclear printing. You can use 75% alcohol to wipe the print head for cleaning.
Click the content to be adjusted in the editing interface of the App, and drag the icon in the lower right corner to adjust the size of the printed content.
To protect the environment, the printer does not come with a charger, you can use your phone's charger to charge the printer.
