Silhouette Program
Effective
only when
the
background
is bright
and
the
subject
is
in
shadow or comparatively dark.
The result is dramatic
with a
wideangle
lens
although a
telephoto
can also be
used.
Excellent
for sunsets with
dark foreground
silhouette or
pictures
of people against
the
sky. Do
not use flash.
Silhouette Program tends
to
select
a slow shutter speed to
produce
effectively silhouetted
pictures.
To
avoid camera
shake,
use
a
tripod
.
