See below chart for phase monitor diagnostics. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY TIME POWER IS APPLIED TO THE CONDENSING UNIT, OR THE UNIT COMES OUT OF A FAULT STATE, IT WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 200 SECONDS FOR THE UNIT TO POWER ON.
