• Place a jug with the liquid to be heated under the steam nozzle and turn the steam
knob in anticlockwise as shawn.
• Move the jug around the nozzle, ensuring effective heat distribution troughtout the
liquid. Then close the steam knob by turnig clockwise,as shown.
• Attention: when preparing milk for cappuccino, shake the milk jug
a little to improve the result.

Caution: never make coffee when steam is ready; if this is the
case, first of all reset the water level in the boiler as it will be explained
in the next paragraph.
• Attention: after every steam use,re-set the boiler by pressing the
water control and wait until the water indicator goes out.
