My S08 Bike Pulse meter is not working. Does it need to be hooked up to Blue Tooth? What else could be wrong? Worked in the beginning?

If the pulse meter on the Merach MR-S08 bike is not working, a possible issue could be improper hand placement on the contact pads. For accurate pulse readings, both palms must be placed firmly on the sensors. Initial readings may be inaccurate for the first 2–3 seconds due to contact interference, then stabilize.
The pulse meter does not need to be connected to Bluetooth to function. It operates through direct contact via the built-in sensors and displays the heart rate on the LCD screen after 6–7 seconds.

If level 1 feels the same as level 8 on the Merach MR-S08, the resistance adjustment may not be functioning correctly. Follow these steps:
1. Rotate the resistance adjusting knob (6A) clockwise to increase resistance and counterclockwise to decrease it. Ensure the arrow aligns with the gear digit. 2. Check if the knob is moving smoothly and clicking into different levels from 1 (minimum) to 8 (maximum). 3. If the resistance does not change, inspect the internal resistance mechanism for damage or disconnection. 4. Make sure all parts are properly assembled and secured. 5. If the issue persists, stop using the machine and contact customer support.
Do not continue using the machine if the resistance function is not working properly.

Please explain what each set of numbers mean as I'm cycling. I understand distance, calories, speed, and time. Please explain the other 3 number sets.
