Q11: Why some movie files can only play video with no audio or audio with no video?
A11: Video files can be in various formats. Make sure both the audio and video types in the movie
files are supported by the Digital Photo Frame.
Q12: System date and time are abnormal.
A12: Please check if you have set up the correct Date and Time. Please change the battery in time if
the button battery is exhausted.
