WARNING RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK - Prior to installation of this fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.
- Page 3 PRE-INSTALLATION PREPARATION To avoid damaging the product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard. Inspect each part for defects such as the wire insulation for any cuts, abrasions, or exposed copper that may have occurred during shipping. If there is a defect in the wire, do not continue the assembly process.

- Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Secure the crossbar (EE) to the outlet box (not included) with the outlet box screws (BB). 2. Attach the ground fixture wire to either green ground screw (CC) on crossbar (EE) or to the ground wire in the outlet box (usually GREEN or BARE).
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3. Mount the fixture body (A) over the crossbar (EE), and rotate it clockwise and secure two mounting screws (AA) by a screwdriver (not included).
