Inserting text you have copied
You can only insert text into an e-mail message that you are writing. Here's how:

Go to the message you are writing.

Using the
Arrow
keys on your keyboard, position the typing cursor where you
want to insert the text that you just copied.
Hold the
key as you press the

pastes text that you just cut or copied.

Removing text (cutting)
You can only cut text in e-mail messages that you are writing. Here's how:
Go to the message you are writing.
