I have a model Mim50 S#00501120067 after the ice drops during the harvest cycle the machine will not automatically come back on you have to push the on button to restart the machine the green clean light blinks as well **** I doing something wrong. Thanks

The Maxx Ice MIM50 does not automatically restart after the ice drops during the harvest cycle if the ice storage bin is full. The machine stops operation when the bin is full to prevent overflow. To resume operation, some ice must be removed, and the ice-full probe must be free of ice.

  • Page 11: Leveling The Ice Maker

    A standard electrical supply, properly grounded in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local codes and ordinances, is required. The ice maker should always be plugged into its own dedicated electrical outlet. It is recommended that a separate circuit, serving only your ice maker, be provided. Use receptacles that cannot be turned off by a switch or pull chain.

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE If the ice maker is left unused for a long time, before the next use it must be thoroughly cleaned. Follow carefully any instructions provided for cleaning or use of sanitizing solutions. Do not leave any solution inside the ice maker after cleaning.
