Orient the Bush spacer 25x15 (7) the Plate (4) the Crash Bar RH (2) And Slide-in Washer M10 (18) – 1
off Screw M10x80 (12) – 1 off and through the Mounting hole in the motorbike (as show red color)
Slide-in the Screw M10 x 40 (10) – 1 off, the Nut M10 (15) – 1 off , and through the Mounting hole in
the Crash Bar Lower RH (2) to the motorbike ( as show red color )

Align the Lower Crash Bar
LH&RH, as shown, and slide-
in Washer M6 (16) – 2 off
Screw M6 x 15 (8) – 2 off
and secure the threads in
the other end of the Pin
pipe (5).
