Return

Before you send in a device for repair or inspection:
• Remove all signs of media, paying particular attention to seal grooves and gaps in which media
can become lodged. This is particularly important if the medium is hazardous to health. See also
"Declaration of Hazardous Material and Decontamination" (see penultimate page).
Please enclose the following when returning the device:
• The duly completed and signed "Declaration of Hazardous Material and Decontamination" (see
penultimate page).
Only then is it possible for Endress+Hauser to inspect or repair the returned device.
• The chemical and physical properties of the medium.
• A description of the application.
• A description of the error which occurred.
• Special instructions on handling, if necessary, e.g. safety data sheet as per EN 91/155/EEC.
