ERROR CODES

DISPLAY CAUSE
PUMP DRY
Tank water empty,
Error Code 1 switching unit is using
mains water supply
MAX RUN TIME Pump has reached
Error Code 2
maximum run time
OVER CURRENT Over current detected
Error Code 3 (measured current
exceeds 10amps)
NO PUMP No load detected
CONNECTED/
CHECK FUSE
Error Code 4
SOLUTION
Turn power to the unit off and on, or
press the 'Reset' button to reset the fault
AFTER the tank has been refilled.
1. Check for potential leakage
in pipework or fittings.
2. Check maximum run time setting.
1. Check pump for mechanical resistance.
Refer to troubleshooting in pump manual.
2. Check pump motor for electrical faults.
Refer to troubleshooting in pump manual.
1. Check to make sure the pump is connected.
2. Check for blown fuse on the back
of the switching unit. This must
be done by a licensed electrician.
