Installing the printer
Click the Windows start button
and then type Run into the Start Search field
OR press
Windows-logo key
+ R.
When the "Run" window opens, type
\\set-s-prnt02.luna.kuleuven.be
Click OK
The first time a pop-up will open and your network credentials will be asked. (NOT if your pc is "Luna
ready")

- Page 3 Right click the printer icon Choose “connect” The driver will automatically be downloaded and installed. This might take a few minutes. It seems nothing is happening. When the installation is finished, the printer will be visible as something like “SET-P-DI-173 on set-s-prnt02.luna.kuleuven.be” Configure the print driver for Secure Printing Right click the (Win10) icon (Windows start menu button)

- Page 5 Select the Basic tab Select User Authentication/Account Track The User Authentication/Account Track window will open Insert your department/division name Insert the password you received (from secretary) Click OK...
- Page 6 Select the “My Tab” tab Select the Output Method Change Print to Secure Print Click User Settings (below Secure Print)
- Page 7 Insert your u-number as Document ID, a password of choice Click OK Click Apply Click OK Open an application you want to print from (example: Microsoft Word), select the correct printer Click Print...
- Page 8 Collecting your secure print job Insert the code you received (from secretary) Tap on Logon Tap on User Box...
- Page 9 Tap on System Tap on Secure Print...
- Page 10 Insert your u-number in the Document ID field and the password you’ve chosen Click OK Your Secure Print User Box will show your document(s)
- Page 11 Select the document(s) you want to print and tap Print on the right side of the display When finished press the Toegang button and tap Yes to log off. You can also press 2 times on the Toegang button to log off.
