Getting Started What is a SIM card? Every mobile telephone requires an SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module); without the SIM card, you cannot make phone calls. The SIM card is a microprocessor that saves your data and contacts. Therefore, handle the card with care and exercise caution when inserting or removing the card. - Page 15 Should the battery be in the device, please remove it. You see 2 card holders: at the top left and right for the SIM card and at the bottom right for the Micro SD card. Carefully insert the SIM card in the SIM card slot (1). Make sure that the gold-colored contacts on the card are facing downwards and the tapered corner is facing left.

Micro SD card Inserting the Battery Align the gold-colored contacts of the battery with the corresponding contacts of the phone. Press the other end of the battery until it snaps into place. Push the battery cover down onto the device until it clicks into place. -

Charging the Battery You have two options to charge the SL605 battery: Charging station Charger Insert the charger connector into the telephone. Connect the charger to a power outlet. It could take several hours to charge the battery. If the telephone is charged while it is switched off, it takes a few seconds before the charging indicator appears in the display. -
