OUTLOOK-VOICEMAILS AND FAXES

TO OPEN A VOICEMAIL OR FAX:

Go to the VOICEMAIL folder in your Outlook

Click on the INBOX

Click on the voicemail or fax to open

Click on the attachment of the voicemail wave file or fax

The voicemail will start to play or the fax attachment will open

Save the voicemail or fax if necessary

TO DELETE A VOICEMAIL OR FAX

Click DELETE (X)

There will then be a line through the name of the sender

Go to EDIT

Click on PURGE DELETED MESSAGES

Then click YES to delete all messages marked for deletion

Once you the message is deleted, it will also delete from your

voicemail box
