Caster KD Metal Leg Base Seat Plate Seat Cushion Back Cushion J-Bar Gas Lift HARDWARE LIST M6x25mm M8x20mm M8x30mm M6x15mm Bolts Bolts Bolts Allen Wrench Bolts M6x25mm M8x20mm M8x30mm M6x15mm Spare Bolts Spare Bolts Spare Bolts Spare Bolts... - Page 5 Insert KD Metal Legs (B) into the Base (С) and secure with 5 Bolts (G3). Tighten all the bolts with the enclosed Allen Wrench (L). Warning: Fully hand-tighten all 5 bolts M6x15mm at each leg/hub connection. Be careful not to over tighten or strip bolts. Do not use power tools.
- Page 6 Turn the Star Base (С) upright and insert Gas Lift (H) into the center hole of Star Base (C). Attach J-Bar (I) to the assembled Back Cushion (F) using 4 Bolts (G) as shown. Tighten all the bolts M6x25mm with the enclosed Allen Wrench (L).
- Page 7 STEP 5 Align Seat Plate (D) over pre-drilled holes on the underside of the Seat Cushion (E) with front of seat plate facing the front of the seat cushion. Attach the Seat Plate (D) M8x20mm to Seat Cushion (E) using 4 Bolts (G1) as shown.
- Page 8 STEP 7 Align the center hole on the Seat Plate (D) with the top of the Gas Lift (H) and press firmly into place. STEP 8 The Chair is fully assembled. You can adjust the chair height by lifting the flat-surfaced handle.
