TTLock Smartek Nightlatch Smart Lock - Installation Guide
This shows how to replace a keyed cylinder with a nightlatch smart lock. Most 60mm nightlatch locks
are compatible including, Yale, Era, Legge, Union & Asec. Banham locks are not compatible.
1. This shows the existing nightlatch keyed cylinder. This is the
part that will be replaced.
3. Remove the two screws that holds the keyed cylinder in place.
Leave the back plate in place. Keep the screws .
5. Align the keyed cylinder with the lock handle and mark the
length of the tail.
2. On the inside of the door, remove the nightlatch. It is usually
secured by two screws.
4. Remove the keyed cylinder from the door. Keep hold of the ring.
6. With a hacksaw, cut the tail to the correct length.
