  • Page 4 Canadian Timber Granby Cabin Assembly Instructions Sauna Base Preparation Make sure the base for your sauna is level with a slight slope to the back for drainage. A solid base for your sauna is recommended and can be made from any of the following.

    Canadian Timber Granby Cabin Assembly Instructions Cabin Assembly Start the assembly of your Granby Cabin by laying out the front and back base plates and the 7 – base supports. The front and back pieces will be “marked” where each of the base supports will be placed.
  • Page 6 Canadian Timber Granby Cabin Assembly Instructions Cabin Assembly To start the assembly of the floor, locate the stave that is labelled “ Floor Starter” Ensure the “floor Starter” stave is flush with the inside of the front and side base plates.

Locate the wall stave labelled “Door”. Fasten the front starter door stave with 2 - 3” (76mm) screws to secure it to the floor.
  • Page 8 Canadian Timber Granby Cabin Assembly Instructions Cabin Assembly Repeat this process for the rear starter stave. Place one of the wall staves across the front and rear of the sauna and using the provided “hit block” tap it so the groove goes tight into the starter staves.
  • Page 9 Canadian Timber Granby Cabin Assembly Instructions Cabin Assembly Continue with the front wall by placing one of the short wall staves on both ends and tapping them so the groove goes tight on to the front starter stave and secure it with a 5” (127mm) screw into each notch.

Continue alternating the side wall staves and the front and back wall staves one more row and then insert the door in between the front wall staves.

Place the center roof support beam into the slots on the top of the triangle pieces.

    Canadian Timber Granby Cabin Assembly Instructions Electric Heater Installation Measure the width of the stove mounting holes. Measure the height of the mounting holes and add 6”. (152mm) Transfer the measurements to the back wall of sauna. Ensure the heater will be centered between the benches.

Under normal conditions, a slight wash of the floor and benches with warm soapy water several times a year will maintain its cleanliness.

    Granby Cabin Assembly Instructions Warranty Canadian Timber Collection Saunas warrants our saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions.
