NOTE
Function
Selects the deletion level of hard disk data in
every copy/scan/print job.
● Basic, Medium, High
Every copy/print job data is automatically
deleted after each job is completed.
Select one of the 3 available Data deletion
security levels (Basic, Medium and High).
For higher security select Medium and High, however,
the deletion time increases with the increase in
security level, and may take longer to erase the data.
Sets the copy bin to return to its home position. Off
● Off, On
Input the Key Operator Password.
Sets or releases the Drive Lock, or changes
the password for the Drive Lock.

Enables or disables the user authentication for each Off
function. (copying, faxing, scanning, and printing)

Selects the authentication method to use by

Selects the valid period of authentication.
● Auto Reset Time, After Every Job
Sets the permitted number of logon attempts.

Sets the time period for the system lockout
when the permitted number of logon attempts
is exceeded during the user authentication.
● 1 ~ 60
Sets the NetBIOS domain and DNS suffix to
use for user authentication.
● 00 ~ 09

Selects paper size priority.
● LEDGER, LEGAL, LETTER, LETTER-R,
INVOICE, A3, B4, A4, A4-R, B5, B5-R, A5,
