Storing Caller List Information in the Directory

The base unit and cordless handsets can store names and phone numbers
that are in the Caller List into the directory.
Make sure that the base unit/cordless handset is in the standby mode.

If there is no name information for
the caller, "Enter name" will be
displayed.
a) If a name is not required,
press
b) If a name is required, enter the
name (p. 37), and press
(ENTER)
• A beep sounds.
• To store other items, repeat from step 2.
• To return to the standby mode, press (EXIT).
• If the display shows "Memory is full" in step 4, press (EXIT). To erase stored
items from the directory, see page 39.
• You cannot store caller information in the directory if a phone number is not
displayed.
