Please follow the steps below to install the memory card into the socket.
Step 1:
Grasping the module by its edges, align the module into the socket at an approximately 30
degrees angle. Apply firm even pressure to each end of the module until it slips down into the
socket. The contact fingers on the edge of the module will almost completely disappear inside
the socket.
Step 2:
Push down the module until the clips at each end of the socket lock into position. You will hear
a distinctive "click", indicating the module is correctly locked into position.

Removing the SODIMM Module

Please follow the steps below to remove the memory card from the socket.
Step 1:
Press the eject tabs at both ends of the socket outward and downward to release them from
the locked position.
Step 2:
The memory card ejects from the slot automatically.
Step 3:
Hold the card by its edges and remove it from the slot.
