Each QSFP28 port LED on an RX-NIC-CQ1LF or RX-NIC-CQ2LF subcard indicates the port
operating rate by color. When the LED is green, the port is operating at 100 Gbps. When the LED is
yellow, the port is operating at 50 Gbps.
