This document outlines the procedures for making outswing door linkage adjustments.

adjustments due to the confined working area.

Manually position door leaves to a fully opened position. B. Remove the actuator assembly's cover (Fig. 1A). Using a screwdriver, back out the three slotted fasteners (Fig. 1B) securing the cover. II.
  • Page 3 PNEUMATIC OUTSWING DOOR ACTUATOR ADJUSTMENT DOORS C. Using an 9/16" wrench, loosen the jam nuts (Fig. 2A) on the two linkage rods (Fig. 2B) connected to the teeter arm assembly (Fig. 2C). NOTE: Linkage rods have "-24 UNF right hand threads on the ends adjacent to the teeter arm assembly "-24 UNF left hand threads on the ends adjacent to the door pivot arm assemblies.

Pull the adjustment knob (Fig. 3A) out on the air pressure regulator (Fig. 3B) to unlock the control. Fig. 3 Rotate the adjustment knob (Fig. 4A) clockwise to increase pressure and door speed (Fig. 4). II.
